  1. A big thank you to channel 8 for sharing Braden’s story and your mission! Such a beautiful and inspiring family. Braden’s voice is making a difference.

“Those who have persevered pain and suffering create a purpose greater than they ever could have imagined.”

    Sending love your way.

  2. Please don’t stop your blog. I found it from the news article and devoured it. It speaks to me. I come from a small town in the midwest. My daughter still lives there. On a recent visit I found that they still do what is called “gravel travel” or “visiting” as we called it in my day. People are connected on a deeper level. They stop by, for no particular reason. While there they may just talk a while or help with whatever you are doing at the moment. During my visit, one drop in ended with dinner and a night of euchre. These relationships are critical for humans. We are losing them and our society is suffering. I have lived in my home 10 years. I don’t have a single relationship on my block. Not one. What are we doing to ourselves? Relationships are key to ending the epidemic of depression in our society today. I believe it will lower crime, create healthier people, marriages, families and communities. Keep doing what you are doing. I am happy to help in any way I can. So if you ever need a volunteer for something, message me.

  3. This is what kids need, is someone to talk about this sensitive topic. May the Holy Spirit guide you and your family in the direction you are needed. God bless you all and give you the strength to help so many in need. Praying for you.
